"Couldn’t even get into the race replay"
I was just trying to watch a cycling replay, and maybe I’m not the most patient person after a long day, but the app made it really frustrating. The video kept freezing every few minutes, the login sent me in a loop twice, and Chromecast never showed up at all. Even the support page was slow to load, so I basically gave up. I just wanted to watch the race without fussing with the app the whole time.

"Return was simple, but wish sizing had been clearer"
I had to return a jersey after ordering the wrong size, and overall it was a smooth experience. The return page was easy enough to follow, and I appreciated getting email updates along the way. My refund showed up on my card a few days after they received the item, so no real hassle there. That said, I do wish the sizing info had been a bit clearer upfront, since it would’ve saved me the trouble. Still, the return process was handled well, and I’d probably order from globalcyclingnetwork.com again.

"Support made me lose some confidence"
I had a problem with my order and reached out to support, but it took days to hear back. They did end up fixing it, so I’ll give them credit for that, but the whole thing felt like I had to keep chasing them just to get a response. It definitely made me trust them a lot less than I did before.

"Good videos, app could be Better"
I do like the cycling videos, and a few of the shows have actually been helpful. but the app itself is kind of hit or miss for me. Sometimes it takes a while to load, and trying to find older stuff can be more annoying than it should be.
The menus feel a bit clunky too, and I’ve had playback randomly stop on me a couple times. it’s not awful or anything, just not super smooth. I’d probably use it more if the whole thing felt a little less awkward.

"Decent prices, but I compare before buying"
I’ve found a few things I like on Global Cycling Network, and some of the prices seem reasonable. That said, once delivery gets added, a few items can end up costing more than I expected compared with other sites. It’s not a bad place to shop at all, but I’m a bit cautious about paying more than I need to, so I usually double-check prices elsewhere before I commit.

I had a small issue getting into my account and updating a few details, but it was sorted out quickly. I’m particular about sites being easy to use, and this one made it simple to manage everything without any hassle. Overall, no stress and I’m happy with the experience

"Pretty solid event coverage"
They covered the races well overall. I mean, there were a few moments where I wished for a little more detail, but... for the most part, it was easy to follow and kept me engaged.

"Streams are solid most days"
I have had a few little buffering moments during live races, but for the most part it runs smoothly on my TV. It is definitely better than it used to be.

"Showed up sooner than I thought"
I ordered a bit of kit from globalcyclingnetwork.com and, unless I’m remembering the delivery estimate wrong, it arrived way quicker than I expected. The tracking seemed straightforward too. I always assume I’ll be waiting around for ages, so it was a nice surprise when it just turned up without any fuss.

"Really good cycling videos"
I’ve been really enjoying these cycling videos. They’re easy to follow, and I keep finding little tips that actually help. Also, the pacing is nice—not too much fluff. Anyway, I usually put one on when I need ideas or just want to stay motivated, and they’ve been useful every time.

I’ve been using it for a bit and the quality feels nice, and the stitching seems solid. It’s not totally perfect, but that’s probably me being a little picky because overall it feels well made

"Billing felt a bit off"
I do enjoy some of the videos, so it’s not all bad, but the billing part has been frustrating. I was charged more than I thought I would be, and I’m not totally sure if I missed some fine print or if something was actually wrong. Either way, it wasn’t very clear. Support did get back to me eventually, but it took a while and I had to explain the issue more than once. Maybe there’s a reasonable explanation, but it still left me not feeling great about trusting the billing.

"I hate to admit it, but GCN is solid"
I’ve been following GCN for years, and as much as I don’t like giving too much praise, they do seem to really know what they’re talking about. The site feels safe to use, and the content comes across as honest enough that I keep going back to it.
